The LD series, with 1 to 24 filling positions, is easy to operate and cleverly designed in every detail. For low-viscosity liquids such as vinegar, brine, oil, and water, pump-based dosing machines are often too complicated for this application. Especially for large thermoformer formats and high cycle rates, cost-effective and reliable solutions are required. The LD series is based on gravimetric time control and can be scaled up to 24 filling positions. With filling nozzles optimized for the respective medium and options such as heated hoppers, agitators (stirrers), level sensors, and electromagnetic flow measurement, the LD series is suitable for a wide range of applications

When dealing with frequent product changes or different consistencies, an easy-to-use parameter setting becomes essential. It allows storage of up to 100 distinct product programs under unique names, accessible for retrieval at any time.
