Empty Can Inspection

The Empty Can Inspection System is designed to detect defects quickly and accurately in empty cans before filling, ensuring the quality and safety of the final product. It reduces jams by identifying defects such as scratches, fragments, foreign bodies, deformations, and issues with flange width, ovality, and dents. The system inspects the flange, inner sidewalls, inner base, and residual liquid, with an optional 360° inspection of the can's exterior.
