Challenge
The challenge presented to us involved relocating three A series traysealers from a poultry processing company’s existing site to a different one. These machines had been originally installed at the client's site the previous year. The relocation required seamless integration with the existing equipment, which comprised of some older generation machinery, with minimal disruption in their production at the site.
Solution
To address the challenge, our team formulated a comprehensive step by step solution, carried out in various phases. We initiated the process by coordinating the careful disassembly and transportation of the tray sealers to the new site. Upon arrival, we meticulously installed and commissioned the machinery, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with the existing machinery.
In addition to the physical relocation and installation, we provided thorough training sessions and handover to the client's operators in using the new traysealers. These sessions covered operational procedures, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting techniques for the new models. Furthermore, we equipped the client with essential spare parts to facilitate uninterrupted operations.
