The Raybox is a state-of-the-art X-Ray inspection machine which can detect contaminants inside sealed containers. Raybox is ideal for improving quality control measures for glass jars, small cartons and tin cans.

Ejection can simply remove the contaminated containers, or with dual rejection mode, over or under-filled containers or those with improper sealing can be ejected at the same time. Raybox is equipped with a palette waste system with electro-pneumatic activation that enables containers of any size to be ejected with high precision.

This machine is available in two versions. The can version examines products with vision aligned at the bottom of the containers, whereas the panoramic version aligns itself with the height of the container for 100%  product inspection. Both machines have an ethernet connection for remote control and delivers statistical data on rejected produce, providing insight into the quality of the batch.

What our customers say

Since mid-2016, we have implemented the preventative service package. A recent internal review has highlighted that the service costs have nearly been neutralised by the drop-in breakdown repair/parts costs. The impact on the business is that downtime on the machines has become minimal to insignificant.
