The Machines

Sealpac offers a complete line of thermo-forming packaging machines, which can easily be integrated in any processing line. Whether it concerns our start-up model RE15 or our high-tech model RE30, you will receive a heavy duty, stainless steel thermo-forming packaging machine with optimal hygiene, easy operation and a design to your wishes.

The Construction

The machine frame, machine feet, switch boxes, and lifting system are all made of high quality stainless steel. The machine provides easy access for cleaning and maintenance. The design has been optimized to avoid the accumulation of product residues, water and/or cleansing agents. Where possible, the construction has been hermetically sealed. All bearings, for instance, have been covered. Any open constructions are located on the underside. Because of the modular construction of the RE-series, it is possible to create and produce any individual design based on your specific requirements.



The Lifting System

The Drive

The drive unit is located at the exit side of the machine. This ensures that the conveyor chain is always under tensile strength, which in turn achieves high transport accuracy.

Via the touch-screen monitor, the applied Sys-drive can be programmed according to the wishes of the customer. In this way, it is possible to optimize the length of the stroke, acceleration, deceleration, and maximum speed, in order to reach a maximum capacity and synchronization with peripheral equipment.

The Control

The RE-series is equipped with a modular industrial PLC. The rotating terminal is placed at loading section height, so that the machine can be controlled at either side. All machine parameters, such as temperatures, times, and transport speeds are digitally entered and can be monitored extremely accurately. Automatic feeder and discharge systems, as well as labeling and printing units are synchronized by the control. Communication between operator and machine runs via the hygienic touch-screen monitor and is available in various languages. A graphic representation visually supports the vacuum and transport programmes. There are up to 40 different programmes that can be opened and saved by a simple touch on this screen.

The Innovations

The RE-series is characterized by numerous innovative ICT elements. For instance, the machine is available with a modem. This makes it possible to read the machine status from a distance via a direct telephone line or mobile phone. It ensures that Repak can anticipate your difficulties more quickly, or even prevent them.

The continuation of your production is additionally guaranteed by the maintenance program, which indicates when the machine requires specific maintenance. In addition, production dates can be read from an existing network so that any production data required can be retrieved and be made available for automatic data processing.
