The Sealpac 800 system is fully automatic and offers a compact footprint size. The Sealpac 800 was specifically developed for high-speed users and allows products that offer a more fluid liquid content to be transported without spillage. Sealpac 800 system is currently used to package products such as: • Prepared vegetables • Cheeses • Ready meals • Nuts and dried fruits • Salads • Snacks • Fish • Meat (red) • Poultry • Confectionery.

  Convenience

Pre – formed trays are conveyed on the machines in feed conveyor before being collated automatically by a pair of transport or ‘gripper' arms that will present the trays to the sealing chamber. This will then automatically initiate the sealing or vacuum/gas cycle and reel fed film will be applied using Sealpac's unique inside film cut system. On completion of the seal cycle the same transport arms will collect fresh trays to be sealed while p resenting sealed trays to the out feed conveyor section of the machine. The Sealpac 800 is microprocessor controlled and is fitted with a powerful industrial computer which allows all machine functions to be monitored and controlled with precision and accuracy. A LCD ‘touch screen' display panel permits ease of operation while supplying import a n t information to the operator.
