Tooling trolley and tooling rack

A priceless accessory in maintaining and cleaning the tooling of your packaging machine is SEALPAC's tooling trolley (usually combined with a tooling rack). At client's request it can be supplied with a pre-heating station. Our tooling trolley not only allows a quick change over and cleaning of the tooling, but also at minimum power. As such, it complies with the strict regulation on working conditions. The tooling trolley, for example, pre-heats the tooling to the required temperature and ensures that it can easily be slid into the packaging machine.

Tip-up conveyor

By using our special tip-up conveyor, maintenance and cleaning of the SEALPAC machine as well as changing the tooling is as easy as it can get

 

Tandem film unwinder

You may want to use a second film unwinder on your A-series packaging machine. It will increase your production capacity considerably.

Product Data Recording (PDR)

PDR gives you a comprehensive overview of the actual machine status as well as of the production data in the past seven days. These data can be displayed graphically and in percentages. Purpose of the product data recording is to maximize the production of your packaging machine and employees.

 

Left and right hand film feeding system

On all SEALPAC machines film feeding can be performed on both sides. It makes sure that our clients are flexible in setting up their production line, even in the future.
